Pickled Biquino Peppers
Ingredients:
Biquino peppers, washed
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
Fill a clean mason jar with biquino peppers.
In a saucepan add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Once boiled and sugar is dissolved, pour boiling water over peppers in the jar.
Allow to cool to room temperature. Seal with lid and refrigerate. Enjoy up to two weeks.
