Savory Tomato Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 teaspoons fresh basil, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat for about 2 hours until it’s thick and jammy.

  • Allow jam to cool and then refrigerate.
