Savory Tomato Jam
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh basil, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat for about 2 hours until it’s thick and jammy.
Allow jam to cool and then refrigerate.
